Having just completed the Technical Mountaineering Course (TMC), the team is now gearing up for the expedition next year, undergoing intensive physical training, organizing various events, doing marketing to find sponsors, and at the same time, having to cope with the demands of academic work. On top of that, they also have to lead and manage the junior team, MIR8, which will be recruited in August.
